What happens if it rains
We understand the weather can change unexpectantly especially in Vancouver. The weather is out of our control but we have a few options to choose from if the rain comes. We can move the picnic inside a location you provide as an indoor picnic can be just as magical. We can also reschedule for another time if the picnic has not started yet.Â

What is the cancelation, rescheduling and refund policies
- Cancelation and refunds - If you cancel 48 hours or more before your picnic you will receive a %100 refund of your payment minus our %5 processing fee. Any cancellations within 48 hours of their booking will receive a %50 refund. A no show is not eligible for a refund.Â
- Rescheduling - Rescheduling your picnic is available for up to 48 hours before your booking. To reschedule your picnic less than 48 hours before your booking you will be subject to a $50 fee.Â
- Booking - Please book your picnic a minimum of 72 hours in advance

Can I customize the theme
We have our set themes but if you would like certain colors or specific details added please fill out our contact form and we will work with you to make your picnic perfect. Any customizations be my subject to a fee discussed with you and our team.Â

Client responsibilities
- If you choose a location outside our of recommended locations you are responsible for ensuring the picnic area is accessible and permitted for events.
- Notify us of any allergies of the guests.Â
- Leave the set up in good condition.

What if I am running lateÂ
We understand life happens and traffic can be horrible in Vancouver. We have a 20 minute grace period for arriving late to your picnic. If we have a booking after yours the 20 minutes can not be added to the end of your picnic. If you are more than 20 minutes late you will be charged in full as this qualifies as a no show.

Does my location need to fit into a certain radiusÂ
You can book locations within a 30km radius of Vancouver. We are open to traveling further for your picnic with additional fees included. If you don't know if your location would qualify please reach to us.

Can I bring my pets? Absolutely!
How many guests can I have? We currently can host up to 10 guests
Do you offer food and drinks? We offer charcuterie boards, dessert trays, and fresh fruit for an additional fee. We do not serve alcohol but water and sparkling apple juice is included in your picnic.
